Initially, the New Nataraj Hotel was an Aswad Hotel. The Aswad hotels founded by my grandfather late Mr. shivappa Chougule in the 19th century, it was the pure Vegetarian restaurant in the kolhapur at the topest position, after that it becomes Hotel New Natraj which is providing superior Vegetarian- non vegetarian, Indian, Chinese and Punjabi food & kolhapuri mutton-chicken thalis.
